What happens when I run out of credits? +
You'll see your credit balance in the app at all times. When you run out, you can buy a credits pack or wait until your monthly allowance resets on the 1st of the next month.
Do unused monthly credits roll over? +
No — monthly credits reset on the 1st of each month. If you want flexibility, the credits pack never expires and is a good option for lighter users.
Can I switch plans at any time? +
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What counts as a content piece? +
One generation from the Content Creator — a reading text, grammar exercise, speaking task, vocabulary list, writing task, functional dialogue, or listening script. Each generation costs 1 credit.
How does school pricing work? +
School pricing is negotiated based on the number of teacher seats, billing frequency, and which features you need. Contact us and we'll put together a custom quote within 24 hours.
Is there a long-term contract? +
No. Individual plans are month-to-month with no commitment. Annual billing gives you 25% off. Schools can choose monthly or annual — annual comes with a discount.
